Trello is a kanban board: work as cards, progress as columns, state visible at a glance. EasyDooo draws a board too — Tasks and Projects each have a kanban view you drag cards across — but its columns are the fixed status stages rather than columns you define per board. This page is about what a shared spine buys you around that board, and about when a board you can shape yourself is simply the right tool.

Some work only makes sense in columns you name yourself — a hiring pipeline, an editorial calendar, a bug triage queue, anything where the column IS the status and the statuses are your own. EasyDooo's board has fixed columns: the task or project status stages, the same on every board, with no custom columns, no swimlanes and no per-board workflow. If shaping the board is the point, take the board.
EasyDooo connects to Google Calendar and imports people from Google Contacts, and that is the list. There is no app directory, no webhook builder, no public API and no integration marketplace. If your work runs through a dozen services that have to talk to each other, a specialist with a real integration catalogue will serve you better than nine modules that only talk to each other.
EasyDooo is built for one person’s whole life, not a team’s shared board. A task takes a single assignee, chosen from your own People list rather than from teammates with their own logins, and there are no shared accounts, permission roles, approval flows or portfolio roll-ups. Team tooling is a different product and we are not pretending to be one.
There is a CSV and vCard importer for People. There is nothing equivalent for tasks, projects or budgets, and no migration tool aimed at any other product. Everything else starts empty, which is fine for a fresh start and genuinely annoying if you have five years of archive to move.
