For the train, the lift and the basement

Works on the train. Syncs at the station.

The Android app keeps working without a connection: it shows what it last loaded, keeps your changes on the phone and sends them when you are back online, even if you closed the app in between. Sign in with the same account on the website and the phone's changes are there the next time you load a page.

What works offline

Adding, editing and deleting tasks, projects, ideas, people, trips and budget Entries all work with no signal. When you save, the app says “Saved offline”, an Offline pill shows at the top of the screen, and a line such as “2 changes waiting to sync” stays until they have gone.

What needs a connection

AI features, importing, exporting and signing in need a connection. Smaller edits such as checklist items and task notes are sent if the app stays open until you reconnect. Changes waiting on the phone are discarded if the app is not opened for 30 days, and the app tells you so.

Getting the app

The Android app is a signed APK from the download page, with its SHA-256 printed next to it so you can check the bytes you got are the ones we signed. It is not in the Play Store yet, and there is no iOS app. Installing an app from a website means allowing it once in Android's settings; the download page walks through it.
