Terms of Service

Last updated 21 August 2026

The service

EasyDooo is a personal organizer: tasks, projects, ideas, a calendar and planner, a focus timer, and — depending on your plan — budget tracking, a personal address book, and trip planning, with optional AI assistance, on the web and in a mobile app. These terms are the agreement between you and [controller legal name], [registered address], about using it. How we handle your personal data is a separate document, the privacy notice; nothing in these terms reduces what it promises. Questions about either go to [contact email].

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an EasyDooo account. Signing up asks you to confirm exactly that and nothing more — we deliberately do not collect your date of birth — so creating an account is your confirmation that you are old enough. If we find that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it.

Your account

You create an account with an email address and a password, or by signing in with Google. If you register with email we send a verification link to the address you give and the account cannot sign in until you use it, so the address has to be one you can actually receive mail at. We also use it for the service itself — the reminder and digest emails you can turn on.

Your credentials are yours to look after. Anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you, so if you think someone else has your password, change it and tell us at [contact email].

Plans and billing

There is a free plan, and it is a real product with no clock on it: tasks, calendar, planner and focus, free forever. Paid plans unlock more modules, higher limits and more AI — the pricing page lists exactly what, and it is part of these terms.

Every new account starts on the Free plan, which needs no card and does not expire. Tasks, Calendar, Planner and Focus are included with no time limit; Budget, People and Travel are the paid modules, and they unlock when you subscribe.

Paid plans are subscriptions, bought on our website, billed monthly or annually, and they renew at the end of each period until you cancel. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own pages and never reach us — there is no card field anywhere in our software.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, not the period you have already paid for: you keep your plan until the end of that period and are not charged again. If a renewal payment fails, the provider retries the card and your access continues while it does; if the retries run out, your account moves to the free plan.

Prices can change. When they do, we tell you before the change takes effect, and it applies from your next renewal at the earliest — never to a period you have already paid for. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal and you will never pay it.

Refunds

If you regret a first subscription within 14 days of being charged for it, write to [contact email] and we refund the charge in full. No form, no justification needed — the email is enough. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from; your provider decides how long that takes to appear, typically five to ten working days.

Refunds of renewal charges are at our discretion, because a renewal is a charge you were told about and could have cancelled — but ask anyway, especially if something went wrong on our side.

Nothing in this policy limits the refund, withdrawal or cancellation rights that consumer law gives you where you live. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.

The same policy is published on its own at Cancellation and Refunds.

When a paid plan ends

When a paid plan ends — you cancelled, or a payment failed — the modules it unlocked become read-only, never invisible and never deleted. Everything you put into Budget, People or Travel stays yours to read, and comes back to life if you subscribe again.

Exporting your data and deleting your account are free on every plan, always. Those are rights, not features, and no plan change touches them. The privacy notice describes what deletion does and how long deleted data survives.

Acceptable use

Use EasyDooo lawfully, and use your account as your own. Do not try to get into other people’s accounts, probe or overload the service, or use the AI features to generate abuse or to hammer the quota with automated requests. We may suspend or close an account that does these things; where it is reasonable to warn first, we will.

The AI features

The AI features generate their output with a language model. That output can be wrong, and it can be wrong confidently — a generated task breakdown, itinerary or summary is a starting point to check, not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for what you do with it.

What you submit to an AI feature is processed by the AI provider named in the privacy notice, which also says exactly what is sent. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI actions, shown on the pricing page and counted in Settings.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work to keep EasyDooo available and correct, but it is provided as it is: we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on it being either. Export exists so that a copy of your data is always yours to take.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — and wherever consumer law says a term like this cannot bind you, it does not.

Ending, changing, and the law that applies

You can stop using EasyDooo at any time; deleting your account ends this agreement. We can suspend or close accounts that break the acceptable-use section above. If we ever discontinue the service, we will say so in the app with enough notice for you to export your data.

These terms will change as the product does. If a change matters — it affects what you pay, what you get, or your rights — we announce it in the app before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top, and continuing to use EasyDooo after that notice is how you accept the change. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and, if you have a subscription, cancel it.

These terms are governed by the law of [governing jurisdiction]. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in apply to you regardless of that choice.
