For the morning you decide what today is

Today's list, in the order you will do it.

A to-do list says what is due. It does not say what you will do first. The Planner puts today's tasks and anything overdue in one list you can drag into the order you mean to work through them, beside everything else that has a date on it.

Plan My Day

Today's tasks and anything overdue sit in one list. Drag the grip handle to put them in order; the order is saved and survives a reload. Tick a row to mark it done, or click it to open the task.

Reminders you can just type

Click Reminder and type the whole thing, timing included: “call mom tomorrow at 5pm”. The date and time fill in as you type and the saved reminder is called “call mom”. In Day view, click any hour to add a reminder at that hour. A recurring reminder carries on after you complete it.

Everything with a date, in one view

Tasks, reminders, events, bills that are due and ideas appear in a Day, Week, Month or Year view. A call or a meeting logged with a person shows up as a one-hour event, and Focus sessions you finish appear beside the rest.

It rings on the phone

In the Android app, reminders and calendar events ring at their time and all-day events at 9 AM, and a reminder can be marked done from its notification.

One workspace at a time

The Planner shows Work or Personal, never both, so a work week does not leak into a weekend. When you want both side by side, the Calendar does that. Planner, Calendar, Tasks and Focus are free on every plan.
