Comparison

EasyDooo vs Any.do

Any.do starts as a personal to-do list with a calendar and grows outward: a family space, then a team workspace with boards. EasyDooo grows inward instead, from the task to the money, the people and the trips around it, and stays one person's account. This page is about which direction you need to grow in, and it is clear about the two things the other tool does that EasyDooo does not.

Capture a task

To-do app with a family and a team plan

A dedicated to-do app makes capture and completion fast, and the category's better entries put the reminder where you already are: a chat app, a place, a time.

EasyDooo

TasksFree

The quick-add bar takes the whole task as one line: !high for priority, #tag, @person, /project, and plain phrases like “next monday 3pm” for the due date. Tasks are unlimited on every plan, including Free.

Plan a week

To-do app with a family and a team plan

A to-do app with a calendar shows the day's tasks on the day's grid, so the list and the schedule are one view.

EasyDooo

Planner + CalendarFree

Planner puts everything with a date on it into one day, week, month or year view — tasks, reminders, events, budget items and ideas — with a Plan My Day list you reorder by hand and that stays reordered. Both modules are free.

Run a project

To-do app with a family and a team plan

In a to-do app a project is a board or a list, and on a team plan it is a shared one with members and assignments.

EasyDooo

ProjectsFree

A project holds milestones, notes and the tasks that belong to it, and those tasks are the same tasks that show up in Planner and Calendar. Free covers 3 projects; Pro and Max remove the cap.

Keep work separate from personal

To-do app with a family and a team plan

The usual shape in this category is one personal space, then a family space, then a team workspace, each a separate plan.

EasyDooo

WorkspacesFree

One account holds a Personal and a Work workspace with genuinely separate data. The header toggle switches between them and your choice survives a reload. Calendar is the deliberate exception: it merges both into one grid so you can still see the whole week. Included on Free.

The left column describes what a to-do app with a calendar, and a family plan and a team workspace above the personal one is built for, not what Any.do does — we have tested our own app and nobody else’s. Our plan limits and prices are on the pricing page. The Android app keeps working offline and queues your saves; the web app needs a connection.

The honest part

When Any.do is the better choice

5 situations where the other tool is the right buy. If you are in one of them, nothing else on this page changes that, and we would rather you found out here than a fortnight in.

You want reminders on WhatsApp or by location

On the phone, EasyDooo rings at the minute for a reminder, a calendar event or a task with a time, and once a day it sends a digest by push notification and email, in your own time zone. It does not send reminders through a chat app and it does not know where you are: there is no location reminder, and nothing in the roadmap says there will be. If a reminder has to reach you in the app you actually look at, or when you arrive somewhere, buy the tool that does that.

The list is for a household

EasyDooo is one person's account: your Personal and your Work, with nobody else signed in to either. There is no family space, no shared list and no way to assign a chore to someone who has their own login. A shared home is on the roadmap as something being explored, not built. A plan built around a family space is the right buy for a family today.

Your work runs through a dozen other services

EasyDooo connects to Google Calendar and imports people from Google Contacts, and that is the list. There is no app directory, no webhook builder, no public API and no integration marketplace. If your work runs through a dozen services that have to talk to each other, a specialist with a real integration catalogue will serve you better than nine modules that only talk to each other.

The work is shared with other people

EasyDooo is built for one person’s whole life, not a team’s shared board. A task takes a single assignee, chosen from your own People list rather than from teammates with their own logins, and there are no shared accounts, permission roles, approval flows or portfolio roll-ups. Team tooling is a different product and we are not pretending to be one.

You are bringing years of history with you

There is a CSV and vCard importer for People. There is nothing equivalent for tasks, projects or budgets, and no migration tool aimed at any other product. Everything else starts empty, which is fine for a fresh start and genuinely annoying if you have five years of archive to move.

Still here? Then the trade you are making is depth in one tool for the joins between nine. The free plan covers Tasks, Calendar, Planner and Focus with no card and no clock, which is enough to find out whether the joins are worth it before you pay for Budget, People or Travel. Downgrading never hides your data: paid modules become read-only.
