HubSpot is a sales CRM: the category built to move deals through a pipeline and report on revenue. EasyDooo has a module called People, and it is shaped around a different job — remembering a human being and noticing that you have not spoken in three months. Those two jobs look similar in a feature list and are not similar at all in practice.
What we checked, and when
Nothing about HubSpot. Nobody here has verified their current plans, prices or feature list first-hand, so this page states none of them — it describes the category instead: a sales CRM. For the real numbers, go to the source.
Prices and plans change, and this page may already be out of date. Check hubspot.com/pricing yourself before you decide anything — that page is theirs, this one is ours, and theirs is the one that is right.

Remember a person
Sales CRM
A sales CRM is built for the pipeline: stages, deal values, forecasts, sequences and the reporting a revenue team runs on. Everything in it points at closing.
EasyDooo
PeoplePro
Each record is a Person, with interactions, relationships and a last-contacted date. Log a meeting or a call and the matching Calendar event is added for you; delete the interaction and the event goes too. AI can write a catch-up brief before you dial, and existing people come in through a CSV or vCard file or straight from Google Contacts.
Plan a week
Sales CRM
A CRM schedules the follow-up because the follow-up is part of the deal.
EasyDooo
Planner + CalendarFree
Planner puts everything with a date on it into one day, week, month or year view — tasks, reminders, events, budget items and ideas — with a Plan My Day list you reorder by hand and that stays reordered. Both modules are free.
Capture a task
Sales CRM
Tasks in a CRM hang off a record — a contact, a company, a deal — and exist to move that record forward.
EasyDooo
TasksFree
The quick-add bar takes the whole task as one line: !high for priority, #tag, @person, /project, and plain phrases like “next monday 3pm” for the due date. Tasks are unlimited on every plan, including Free.
Keep work separate from personal
Sales CRM
A CRM is a work system, and the people in it are there for work reasons.
EasyDooo
WorkspacesFree
One account holds a Personal and a Work workspace with genuinely separate data. The header toggle switches between them and your choice survives a reload. Calendar is the deliberate exception: it merges both into one grid so you can still see the whole week. Included on Free.
The left column describes what a sales CRM is built for, not what HubSpot does — we have tested our own app and nobody else’s. Our plan limits and prices are on the pricing page. The Android app keeps working offline and queues your saves; the web app needs a connection.
The honest part
When HubSpot is the better choice
4 situations where the other tool is the right buy. If you are in one of them, nothing else on this page changes that, and we would rather you found out here than a fortnight in.
You are running a sales pipeline
If revenue depends on knowing which deals are at which stage, what they are worth and what happens next, you need pipeline software. People in EasyDooo has no deals, no stages, no values, no forecasts and no sequences — it is a memory aid for relationships, not a revenue system. Buy the CRM.
Marketing and sales have to share the same records
Forms, email campaigns, landing pages and attribution all reading one customer record is the whole reason that category exists. EasyDooo does none of it and has no plans to. A Person here is private to your account and goes nowhere.
The work is shared with other people
EasyDooo is built for one person’s whole life, not a team’s shared board. A task takes a single assignee, chosen from your own People list rather than from teammates with their own logins, and there are no shared accounts, permission roles, approval flows or portfolio roll-ups. Team tooling is a different product and we are not pretending to be one.
Your work runs through a dozen other services
EasyDooo connects to Google Calendar and imports people from Google Contacts, and that is the list. There is no app directory, no webhook builder, no public API and no integration marketplace. If your work runs through a dozen services that have to talk to each other, a specialist with a real integration catalogue will serve you better than nine modules that only talk to each other.
Still here? Then the trade you are making is depth in one tool for the joins between nine. The free plan covers Tasks, Calendar, Planner and Focus with no card and no clock, which is enough to find out whether the joins are worth it before you pay for Budget, People or Travel. Downgrading never hides your data: paid modules become read-only.
