You meant to call. Now you can see who.
The uncle you call at Diwali and not in between, the college friend who moved cities, the client who went quiet. Nobody forgets on purpose; there is just no list that says it has been too long. In EasyDooo each person has one, counting from the last time you spoke.
Say how often you mean to talk
Open a Person, click Edit and choose "Check in every". From then on their health score counts down from your last logged interaction, and drops as you go past it. People without a cadence stay at 100%, because there is nothing to be overdue against.
Log it in a tap
Add a Note, Call, Meeting, Email or Coffee to their timeline. Any of them marks the person as contacted that day and resets the count; a Call or a Meeting also puts a one-hour event on your Planner.
See who is overdue
A Time to Catch Up card in the People list names people who are past their cadence, so the list tells you who to call next instead of your memory.
Remember what you said last time
Before you call, AI Brief writes a short catch-up from what you have logged with that person: a summary, talking points and recent activity. A birthday on their card shows on your calendar too.
Your people, kept apart
Import a .csv or .vcf file or straight from Google Contacts, and untick anyone you do not want before it saves. Each workspace keeps its own list, so clients and cousins never mix. People is on the Pro and Max plans.
