The usual fix for mixing work and life is two apps, or two accounts in one app, and a sign-out every time you switch. EasyDooo holds a Personal and a Work workspace in one account, with genuinely separate data, and a toggle in the header to move between them.
What is kept apart
Tasks, projects, ideas, budget Entries and categories, people and trips all belong to one workspace or the other. The Tasks page shows one side at a time, the Budget page totals one side at a time, and your clients and your cousins are never in the same People list.
The one exception, on purpose
The Calendar merges both workspaces into one grid, because a Tuesday has only so many hours and you need to see all of them. Personal and Work pills let you hide either side when you want one. The Planner, by contrast, stays with the workspace you are in.
The switch remembers
The header toggle changes workspace and your choice survives a reload. The quick-add bar, the forms and the Android app all file new items into the workspace you are in, so nothing lands on the wrong side by accident.
