A single-purpose app
A dedicated to-do app does this very well — one-line entry, reminders, recurring items — and that is where its edge is. Anything the task touches next, like the money it costs or the person it is for, lives in a different app.

A travel app can read confirmation emails and build the itinerary for you. That is the strongest single feature in this table, and it is one EasyDooo does not have: we never read your inbox.

A contacts app stores the phone number. A sales CRM tracks the deal. Neither is shaped around “it has been three months, I should check in” — that is a different job from either of them.

PeopleProEach record is a Person, with interactions and a last-contacted date. Log a meeting or a call and the matching Calendar event is added for you; delete the interaction and the event goes too. AI can write a catch-up brief before you dial, and existing people come in through a CSV or vCard file or straight from Google Contacts.

A focus timer is a small, good, single-purpose app. What it usually does not have is any idea which of your tasks you sat down to do.

EasyDooo connects to Google Calendar and imports people from Google Contacts, and that is the list. There is no app directory, no webhook builder and no public API. If your work runs through a dozen services that need to talk to each other, a specialist with hundreds of integrations will serve you better than nine modules that only talk to each other.
EasyDooo is built for one person’s whole life, not a team’s shared board. A task takes a single assignee, chosen from your own People list rather than from teammates with their own logins — there are no shared accounts, no permission roles and no approval flows. Team tooling is a different product.
The mobile app is fully offline-capable: it keeps working with no connection and queues your saves until it has one. The web app does not — it needs a connection. If your working day includes long stretches offline at a laptop, that is a real limitation and not one we are hiding in a footnote.
There is a CSV and vCard importer for People. There is nothing equivalent for tasks or budgets, and no migration tool for any other product. Everything else starts empty and fills up as you use it, which is fine for a fresh start and genuinely annoying if you have five years of archive to bring.
