Bills and dues · for life

The dates India forgets, remembered for you.

Bills and dues sit on the Budget page: the recurring money that has a date attached. Start one from a template, and the repeat, the reminders and the extras are filled in; each due keeps a task in Tasks that reminds you before the date, and Paid records the expense and sets up the next one.

Bills and dues in EasyDooo

Start from a template

Credit card, loan EMI, SIP, subscription, insurance, electricity, mobile or broadband, rent, school fees, advance tax and income tax return each come as a template that fills in how often it repeats, when to remind you and what else to track. Every bill shows what it costs a year, so the yearly total is never a surprise.

Reminded before, not after

A due keeps a task in Tasks that reminds you ahead of the date, in the daily reminder and the coming-up email. An EMI or SIP can carry a reminder to fund the account a few days before the debit, and a subscription's free trial gets its own reminder two days before it ends.

Paid once, recorded twice over

Mark a due Paid and the expense is recorded against its category and payment source, the next due is scheduled, and any checklist on the due is added to the payment as steps. One action keeps Budget, Tasks and the Planner in agreement.

What it is not

EasyDooo does not pay anything for you and does not read your bank or card statements. It remembers the date, reminds you, and records what you tell it you paid.
