Small things, done often. Counted, not nagged.
Habits keeps what you mean to do often, or to stop doing, beside the rest of your day. Each habit has today's tick, its streak and the last 66 days at a glance, and the ones today asks for show on the dashboard.

Build one, or quit one
Build a habit to do it, or quit a habit to stop: for a habit to quit, the day's button marks it as kept. A day counts when it is ticked off, when a count is reached (glasses of water, pages) or when enough minutes are logged.
On the days it is meant for
Every day or every few days, on set days of the week, or a number of times a week on whichever days suit you. The streak and the 66-day strip count the days the habit asks for, so a rest day is not a miss.
Tasks that count
Link a task to a habit, from the task form or the task's details, and finishing the task ticks the habit for that day. Today's habits sit on the dashboard on the web and on the Home screen of the Android app.
What it is not
It counts and shows; it does not coach. There is no pause, only archive, and a count or minutes habit is ticked for the whole day by its button rather than added to a little at a time.
