Share a message, an email or a PDF into EasyDooo, and let it read it

Most of what needs doing arrives as a message: a landlord's rent reminder, an invoice as a PDF, a group chat deciding Saturday. Retyping it into a task is the step people skip, and the task never exists. Since 2.1.22 the step is Share.

How it works

1. In any app, open the share sheet and choose EasyDooo. Text, an email body or a PDF all work.
2. The app shows what arrived and offers two things: save it as a note straight away, or Read it.
3. Read it suggests what the thing is, a task, an expense, income or a note, with the title, amount, date and notes filled in from the text.
4. Check the suggestion, change anything, save. The item lands in whichever workspace you are in.

What it costs and what it keeps

Read it uses one AI action from your monthly allowance; saving as a note uses none. Nothing you shared is kept after it has been read: the text goes to the model for that one suggestion and is not stored. The result you save is the only record.

Where it earns its keep

• An electricity or broadband bill that arrives as a message becomes an expense with the amount and due date already in.
• A delivery or appointment confirmation becomes a task on the right day.
• An invoice PDF becomes income with the amount read off the document.
• A long chat about a plan becomes a note to come back to, saved in one tap without a read.
