How to reach us, and how to make what you send count.

There is no forum yet

We would rather say that than point you at an empty one. Everything below is a channel that is actually read by the people who build EasyDooo. When there is a forum worth joining, this page will become it.

Reporting a bug

Email support@easydooo.com, or use Help & Support inside the app if you have an account. The subject matters less than the description; the description is what decides whether the bug gets fixed.

Three things make a report actionable: what you did, in the order you did it; what happened, including the exact wording of any message; and what you expected instead. A report that says a button “doesn't work” can take days to reproduce. One that says “pressed Save on a person, got Internal Server Error, the role was blank afterwards” usually takes minutes.

Say whether you were on the web app or the mobile app, and which workspace you were in — Personal and Work filter almost every page, and a fault in one is often invisible in the other.

Asking for a feature

Email support@easydooo.com, or use Help & Support inside the app if you have an account, and say which area it belongs to:

  • Tasks & Projects
  • Budget & Finance
  • Travel
  • People
  • Ideas & Notes
  • Calendar & Planner
  • Focus Timer
  • Mobile App
  • Integrations

Describe the problem you are trying to solve rather than the control you think you need. “I lose track of which trips I have already paid for” leads somewhere; “add a checkbox to the trip card” only leads to a checkbox.

Email

For anything that does not fit a form — an account problem, a privacy question, or something you would rather not type into a text box — write to support@easydooo.com.

Please do not send your password, your app-lock PIN, or anything else you would not want in an inbox. Nobody working on EasyDooo will ever ask you for them.

What happens next

Every form submission and email is read by a person. Bugs that can be reproduced from your description get fixed first, which is the real reason the detail above matters. You will not always get a reply for every message, but you will get one for anything that needs a decision from you.

Your data

What we collect and who it reaches is set out in the privacy notice. You can export everything in your account as JSON from Settings at any time, without asking us.
